With our new 35s it was also time to rebuild our tire carrier and bumper.
The first step was to remove the old bumper and any surrounding metal.
Happy with the mock up location we built the new tubes around the tire.
Couldn’t forget to add hi-lift and shovel mounting locations.
And the license plate to keep us street legal.
The 35s also required a little extra clearance when fully compressed. Good thing we had already cut out most of the unneeded sheet metal.
With it all looking good we finished welding everything and added a few coats of paint.
